Precision Dip Coating will work with you by providing secondary services to minimize your costs by rendering, under our roof, the finishing services you need. These include masking, trimming, printing, assembly, and packaging. Everything you need to get your product to market faster, or save the time and expense of using several subcontractors for these services.

Printing & Decorating

Pad Transfer Printing

  • For printing text and graphics onto irregularly shaped objects
  • Works on a variety of substrates
  • Inexpensive to set-up
  • Good for short and long production runs

Hot Stamping

  • Works best on flat surfaces
  • More permanent image because the imprint of the image remains if the color ever fades away during use.
  • Dry process that does not use traditional inks. Therefore no pretreatment or post treatment is required to ensure image transfer.

Silk Screening

  • Typically used for larger graphics (> 3” diameter)
  • Allows for brighter & more intense color
  • Can print on a larger variety of substrates

Laser Engraving

  • Precision detailing on various materials
  • Durable and permanent markings
  • Flexible design adjustments

Assembly

We can assemble our custom molded products to your handles & parts, saving you time and money.

Die Cutting & Trimming

These secondary services are typically necessary as a precursor to assembly in many military applications of molded products such as battery and bus bar boots.

Die cutting is often used for irregularly shaped holes and slots in molded products.

Packaging

Saves time by returning your product ready to ship to your customers and distributors.

Reduces your vendor base and saves shipping costs between sub-contractors.

Precision Dip Coating is available to help eliminate your supply chain problems. Our solutions can support:

Warehousing

  • Allows for immediate shipping of your product from our facility
